For over four decades, ISDS has set the foundation for dermatologic surgery—advancing oncologic, reconstructive, and aesthetic procedures, while building a truly global network of expertise and education.

Today, as we approach our 45th edition, our mission is not only to preserve this legacy—but to accelerate it.
We are entering a new era defined by innovation: regenerative medicine, energy-based technologies, and personalized surgical approaches. ISDS is positioned at the center of this transformation—connecting experience with innovation, and leaders with the next generation of dermatologic surgeons.
