Testimonial

Our patients place a great deal of trust in us. Conversely, this places a very high responsibility on us to take seriously the people who turn to us with their illness, and to help them with all our knowledge, experience and practical skills, and to seek further expertise where necessary.

It is important that we apply our knowledge and skills when they are needed, whilst always remaining human and, in a sense, humble.

Passing on professional experience to colleagues of a similar age and, above all, to the next generation is of great importance. This is the main reason why I am involved with the ISDS. Professional exchange is always fruitful.

I am also involved in clinical research into skin cancer, chronic wounds and scar formation at my home hospital, the University Hospital of Zurich. In this way, our team strives to contribute to innovation in the provision of optimal patient care.
